Acupuncture
Originating over 5000 years ago in ancient China, Acupuncture relies on harmonizing the “nature” that we are as humans. Acupuncture involves using very thin needles (so thin they remind us of cat whiskers) to alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional, conditions. Acupuncture can treat almost anything as it can trigger the parasympathetic nervous system (Rest and Digest.). When this system is activated, the body can rejuvenate our natural healing systems. Acupuncture is a wonderfully non invasive approach that incorporates the Body, Mind and Spirit.
Massage Therapy
Whether you need a gentle Swedish massage, a therapeutic deep tissue session, or myofascial release of connective tissues, we will craft a session just for you. Before each session, we'll talk to you to determine the best technique (or combination of techniques) for your needs, and will adjust appropriately as your body responds. Of course, if you know you love a particular technique, don't hesitate to tell us! Performed on a table with light oil or lotion.
Ad-Ons $10 each: Please put a note when scheduling or let your practitioner know, if you would like Aromatherapy, CBD oil or Mentholated Massage lotion.
Yoga Class
Join us for more traditional yoga classes that help bring us back into our bodies and allow us to be more mindful.
Cupping
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. It moves and transforms stagnation and pain.
Sound Bath and Acupuncture
Rejuvenate your central nervous system through acupuncture while allowing the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls to resonate within your body, creating a state of ultimate zen.
